Title: Mango Chutney [Ack]

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | kg | Mangoes, peeled and chopped |
750 | g | Raisins |
750 | g | Dates |
3 | Onions, chopped | |
4 | cl | Garlic, finely chopped |
1/2 | c | Ginger, fresh/finely chopped |
1/3 | c | Mustard seed |
1 | c | Brown sugar |
4 | Chillies, red,seeded/chopped | |
2 | tb | Salt |
1 | l | Vinegar |
Slice half the mangoes and puree the other half. Do the same with raisins and dates. Put all the ingredients into a large pan and boil until soft and pulpy [about 1 hour]. Pour into jars and seal when cold.
