Title: Mango Chutney [Ack]

1kgMangoes, peeled and chopped
750gRaisins
750gDates
3 Onions, chopped
4clGarlic, finely chopped
1/2cGinger, fresh/finely chopped
1/3cMustard seed
1cBrown sugar
4 Chillies, red,seeded/chopped
2tbSalt
1lVinegar

Slice half the mangoes and puree the other half. Do the same with raisins and dates. Put all the ingredients into a large pan and boil until soft and pulpy [about 1 hour]. Pour into jars and seal when cold.
