1 | Orange, peeled and cut up | |
1 | tb | Reserved orange zest |
2 | tb | Salad oil |
1 | tb | Cider vinegar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Chopped Parsley |
Combine, let stand in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Very nice on spinach.
