1		Orange, peeled and cut up
1	tb	Reserved orange zest
2	tb	Salad oil
1	tb	Cider vinegar
1/4	ts	Salt
2	tb	Chopped Parsley

Combine, let stand in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Very nice on spinach.
