Title: Oven Baked Devilled Chicken

1/4 | c | Yogurt |
3 | tb | Dijon mustard |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
1/4 | ts | Paprika |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
4 | Chicken thighs, skinned |
In small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, mayo and salt and pepper to taste. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, and cayenne. Dip chicken pieces into the yogurt mixture, then into the crumb mixture and arrange on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400F for about 50-60 minutes, or until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
