Title: Pickled Chicory Flowers

Yield: 1 Servings
2 | c | Chicory buds or flowers |
1/4 | ts | Ground cloves or ginger or cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Herb vinegar |
1/2 | c | Honey |
Bring salt, vinegar and spice to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. remove from heat and stir in the honey. Pour this over flowers in a jar. Store at least one week before using.
