Title: Pickled Chicory Flowers

2cChicory buds or flowers
1/4tsGround cloves or ginger or cinnamon
1/2tsSalt
3cHerb vinegar
1/2cHoney

Bring salt, vinegar and spice to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. remove from heat and stir in the honey. Pour this over flowers in a jar. Store at least one week before using.
