Title: Red Hot Pepper Jelly

Yield: 4 Servings
3 | md | Red bell peppers |
8 | 12 red or green jalapeno's | |
1 1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
5 1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Pouches liquid Certo |
Seed and devein the peppers. Puree. Pour into saucepan. Add the vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add liquid Certo. Stir until well mixed. Ladle into sterile jars and seal with two piece lids.
