Title: Santa Fe Cranberry Relish

Yield: 3 Cups
1 | pk | Cranberries; 12oz |
. fresh or frozen | ||
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | md | Jalapeno; quartered |
1 | ts | Dried cilantro |
1/4 | ts | Cumin (scant) |
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
Makes about 3 cups.
