3/4	c	Pitted ripe olives
2	ts	Drained capers
1/2	ts	Anchovy paste
1	ts	Olive oil (extra-virgin may
		Be best)
1/4	lb	Softened fresh white goat
		Cheese

Puree olives, capers, anchovy paste, and olive oil. Mix with the cheese. Fill celery ribs.
