3/4 | c | Granulated sugar |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | Head garlic | |

Drain the juice off the pickles and discard, slice the pickles into 1" thick rounds. Mix the sugars together. Peel the garlic - leave cloves whole unless they are quite large then cut in half. Add to the sugar mixture.
Put the pickles back into the jar and add the sugar mixture. Put lid on jar and shake until all is coated. Let sit for two weeks in refrigerator, turning the jar over several times.
