Title: Trevor's Pickled Cauliflower

Yield: 1 Batch
Cauliflower left semi-whole | ||
Vinegar | ||
Pepper, black | ||
Chilli powder | ||
Spices to your liking |
Place the cauliflower into BOILING water and blanch for 3-5 minutes. [depending upon size of cauliflower]
Allow to cool and then break into flowerets. Place flowerets into sterilised jars and then fill with vinegar to of of jar.
Tip out the measured vinegar into a saucepan and add the spices. Bring to the boil, then fill the jars, topping with more vinegar if required. Seal.
