Title: White Radish Chutney (Chatni Mooli Ki)

Yield: 4 Servings
4 | oz | White radish |
2 | Fresh green chillies | |
pn | Asafoedita powder | |
1/2 | ts | White cumin seeds |
1/2 | ts | Fresh ginger; sliced |
Sea salt; to taste | ||
2 | tb | Green coriander; chopped |
4 | tb | Lemon juice |
White radish is readily available at an Indian market; red radish may be used instead. You may of course prefer to mix the two. Any way made, the concoction should delight all chutney lovers.
1. Wash and clean the radishes and chillies. Scrape the outer : skin off the radishes, then chop them and the chillies.
2. Place them with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and : switch on for about 20 seconds. Alternatively use a sil- : batta.
3. Remove the chutney to a serving dish.
4. Refrigerate, and serve.
