Title: Grilled Pound Cake S'mores

1 | Frozen pound cake (10 3/4 | |
Ounces), thawed | ||
1 | c | Marshmallow cream |
1 | c | Semisweet chocolate morsels |
(6 ounces) | ||
Vanilla ice cream, softened | ||

Slice the cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place the bottom layer on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spread with 1/2 cup of marshmaloow cream and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chocolate morsels. Repeat the process with the second layer and the remaining marshmallow cream and chocolate morsels. Place the third cake layer on top. Fold the edges of the foil to seal securely.
Place the cake package on the grill over low heat (under 300F), with out the grill lid, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until warm. Slice and serve immediately with ice cream, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
