AUNT BEE'S MAYBERRY COOKBOOK
1	c	Butter; softened
1	c	Sugar
1		Egg
1 1/2	ts	Orange extract
1	ts	Grated orange peel
1 1/2	c	Flour; sift before measure
1/2	ts	Salt

In a lg. bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and the remaining ingredients. Drop by the spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375~ for 10 mins.
