Title: Hawaiian Carrot Cake

2 | c | Sifted flour |
2 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Cooking oil |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | Jars (7 oz each) junior baby carrots | |
1 | cn | (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add cooking oil, eggs and carrots. Mix together. Add pineapple and nuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes.
ICING
1 stick butter or margarine 1 package (8oz) cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 package (16oz) confectioners sugar
Soften butter or margarine and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
