Title: Honey Baked Apple Quarters

3	lg	Baking apples, cored and quartered
2/3	c	Honey
2	tb	Water
1	tb	Sugar
1 1/2	ts	Ground cinnamon
3	tb	Butter
1/2	c	Half and half (optional)

Place apples in a shallow buttered two quart casserole. Combine honey, water, sugar and cinnamon, mixing well, pour over apples, turning apples to coat. Dot with butter.

Cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until apples are tender, basting twice.

Serve apples with half and half if desired.
