Sugar to taste | ||
Milk of 1 coconut | ||
Cinnamon | ||
1 | ts | Butter |
Mix cornmeal, salt, sugar, with milk from the coconut, drop in butter. Should be the consistency of pancake batter. A few currants may be added if liked. Bake in a well-buttered pie dish.
