2	ts	Butter
1	tb	Sugar
1/2	c	Sultanas
1/2	c	Currants
		Lemon peel
1		Egg
		Milk
		===FOR THE ICING===========
2	tb	Icing sugar
		Milk
		Coconut, dissicated.
