Title: Karen's Lemon Stuff

1/4 | lb | Margarine |
1 1/4 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Pecans or walnuts SECOND LAYER: |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1 | c | Powdered sugar |
4 | oz | Cool Whip:1/2 of 8 oz carton THIRD LAYER: |
2 | 3oz boxes Lemon Pie Filling | |
3 | c | Milk |
Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together 'til crumbley the margarine, the flour, and the nuts. Press mixture into pan and bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool thoroughly.
Second Layer: Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over crust and chill.
Third Layer: Mix together pie filling and milk. Spread over top. Let chill a few minutes. Spread rest of Cool Whip (4 oz.) over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
This recipe is Shirley's. She got from our friend Sue Bouwens, who called it "Karen's Lemon Stuff". It was a monstrous hit w/Shirley's Bunco Group.
