1 | sm | Lamb's fry |
1 | Apple, Granny Smith, grated. | |
1 | ts | Horseradish, grated. |
2 | ts | Mustard, dijon |
Line 24 patty pans with circles of puff pastry. Skin and trim the lamb's fry, then chop finely, making sure that all the gristle and tubes have been cut out. Fry the chopped liver in a little butter, then add the other ingredients and cook for about 1 minute, until softened.
