Title: Bourbon Steak

1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Bourbon |
1 | cl | Garlic,pressed or minced |
1/4 | ts | Grated ginger |
1/4 | c | Water |
1 | 1/2" thick steaks |
Combine everything in a shallow dish.Marinate the steaks for at least two hours.(I like to tenderize them first.) Grill over a charcoal fire.Best when served with a foil baked potato fresh from the coals.Makes 1 serving.
