4	oz	Butter
1	c	Sugar
1		Egg
1/2	c	Flour, corn
1	c	Flour, self-raising
1	pn	Salt ===FILLING================
		Lemon cheese

Mix in the usual way. Spread half mixture in tart plate or cake tin [8" or 9" diameter]. Spread with lemon cheese mixture, then add remaining cake mixture.

Bake in moderate oven [440^F/200^C] for half an hour or a little longer.
