Title: Lemon Wafer Cookies

Lemon cake mix | ||
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
2 | tb | Water |
l | Teaspoon vanilla | |
l | Large egg |
In a medium bowl, blend dry cake mix, oil, water, vanilla and egg. Shape dough into 2 log-shaped rolls, each about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap each in wax paper.
Chill thoroughly in refrigerator or freezer. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 F.
Remove wrap from dough; slice dough very thin and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 1 minute before removing to racks to cool completely.
