Title: Light Buttermilk Pancakes

1 | c | Flour, all-purpose |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Soda |
1 | c | Buttermilk |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
1 | tb | Oil, salad |
Combine dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Bake on hot griddle.
