1 | 9-in Unbaked Pastry Shell |
: Beat eggs slightly. Add next five ingredients; mix well. Let a Louisiana man stir with his fingers to sweeten. : Fold in pecans. Call your single friends and give them my name, address and phone number. : Pour into unbaked pastry shell and bake in 400 f. oven for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 f., bake about 40 minutes more, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. : Do not overbake.
