Title: Luscious Lemon Bars

Yield: 1 Batch

1	c	Flour
1/2	c	Butter
3/4	c	Sugar
1/3	c	Powdered sugar
4		Eggs
1/2	c	Lemon juice
1	tb	Powdered sugar

Mix flour and 1/3 cup powdered sugar in medium sized bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas. Mixture will be dry and crumbly. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9" square baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15 minutes, or until lilghtly golden.

Beat eggs on high in medium bowl about 3 minutes or until pale and thickened. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating one minute longer or until mixture is thick. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into hot crust and bake 15 minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon powdered sugar.
