Title: Maple Butterscotch Brownies

1 1/2 | c | Packed brown sugar |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine, melted |
1 1/2 | ts | Imitation maple flavoring |
2 | | Eggs |
1 1/2 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | c | Chopped walnuts |
| | Confectioners' sugar, opt. |
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and maple flavoring. Beat in the
eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture.
Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 9-in square baking pan. Bake at 350F
for 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. Dust with confectioners'
