1/2 | lb | Flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
6 | ts | Sugar, castor |
1/4 | lb | Margarine |
1 | oz | Coconut, dessicated |
1 | Egg | |
Vanilla essence | ||
Milk |
Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add the coconut, mix together, beat the fat and sugar to a cream. Add egg, stir it in quickly and beat well for a few minutes.
Stir in the dry ingredients, with some milk as required and mix all ingredients together. Add a few drops of vanilla and put in pattypans. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes.
