Title: Memphis Mississippi Mud Cake

1 | c | Butter or margarine |
4 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Self-rising flour |
1/3 | c | Cocoa |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
3 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | c | Chopped nuts |
Frosting: | ||
1 | Box powdered sugar | |
1 | tb | Vanilla |
1/3 | c | Cocoa |
1/2 | c | Margarine |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1 | c | Chopped nuts |
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add sifted flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in a sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with miniature marshmallows. Put back into oven until marshmallows are melted. Frost.
Frosting:
Mix well and pour over marshmallows and spread.
