Title: Prune Puree

Yield: 6 Servings
1/4 | c | Light corn syrup |
2 | tb | Sugar |
12 | oz | Prunes -- pitted |
2/3 | c | Water |
Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor, and process 5 seconds. With the processor on, slowly add water through the food chute, and process until mixture is smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Spoon puree into an airtight container, and store up to 2 months in refrigerator.
