1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
Essence, lemon | ||
1 | tb | Golden syrup |
1 | c | Flour, plain |
1 | c | Flour, self-raising |
1 1/2 | c | Sultanas |
1 | c | Pumpkin, cooked, mashed, and still warm. |
Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs, essence, syrup, sifted flour, sultanas and pumpkin. Mix well.
Bake for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours on 150^ to 180^ electric.
