Title: Rasberries Zabaglione

4 | Egg yolks | |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Marsala Wine |
3 | c | Rasberries |
In the top of double boiler, beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy and light in color. Add Marsala, 1 Tblsp. at a time, and beat until well mixed. Continue beating at medium speed about 8 minutes or until mixture begins to form soft mounds. Pour 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sauce over rasberries in 8 oz. stemmed glasses. Serve immediately.
