12 O | z Semisweet Chocolate Chips | |
9 | Eggs | |
2 c | Milk | |
1 | /2 c | Sugar |
1 t | s Vanilla Extract | |

: | Raspberries, Individually |
1. Place bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese, toasted almonds, and chocolate chips evenly into dish. 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat until well blended. Pour evenly over bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. 3. Preheat oven to 375F. Remove strata from refrigerator and uncover. Sprinkle half of frozen raspberries over strata, pushing them down to submerge them slightly. Set aside remaining raspberries to thaw. Cover strata with foil and bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 25 mins longer. Let stand 15 mins. Serve hot, topped with reserved raspberries.
