2 | c | Rhubarb |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | pn | Salt |
Little grated lemon |
Clean rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Mix together eggs and sugar. Add one at a time the remaining ingredients. Stir in rhubarb pieces. Pour into buttered cake pan and put little dabs of butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. This is good by itself or with a little whipped cream on top. Maybe some nuts.
