MIX IN ONE BOWL
1/2cFlour
1/3cCocoa
1/4tsBaking powder
1/4tsSalt
IN SEPARATE BOWL MIX
1/2cPureed prunes (a
4ozJar of baby food prunes is
  Perfect)
2/3cSugar
1tsVanilla
2 Egg equivalents.

These are called saucepan brownies because the original used a stick of butter which was melted in a saucepan. The texture of these brownies is more cakelike than fudgelike.

Add dry to wet. Put in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or un til edges look dry and start to pull away from the pan.
