3	qt	Popped corn
2	c	Pretzel sticks
2	c	Wheat Chex (tm)
1	c	Roasted peanuts
1/3	c	Melted butter
2	ts	Soy sauce
1	ts	Worcestershire sauce
1	ts	Seasoned salt
1/4	ts	Garlic powder

Spread first four ingredients in a large shallow baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour evenly over popcorn mixture. oss to coat. Bake 1 hour at 225 degrees. Stir 4 to 5 times during cooking.
