1/4 | ts | Salt |
4 | tb | Lemon juice |
3/4 | lb | Peanut brittle, crushed fine |
Pare apples, slice and add salt, lemon juice and peanut brittle.
Place in a greased casserole and bake in 325 degree oven for one hour.
Did not specify how deep a casserole to use.
