1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
4 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Quarter and core unpeeled apples. Mix all ingredients in Dutch oven, or casserole dish if done in microwave. Cook until apples are tender and sauce is clear and thickened.
