4 | oz | Fresh butter (NOT |

1/4 | c | Sifted granulated sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Flour, sifted |
Cream butter and beat in sugar. Add flour by degrees, working quickly and lightly. As soon as all of the ingredients are incorporated, roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut it into finger-size strips or triangles, dust with extra granulated sugar and place on lightly greased bakng sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 375 F oven for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool and serve.
