1 | c | Rolled oats |
1 | c | Flour |
2 | c | Cocoanut |
1 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Shortening |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 | ts | Soda |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Mix dry ingredients; work in shortening. Add beaten egg. Drop by teaspoons on baking sheet and flatten out with fork. Bake at 350 F 10 to 12 minutes.
