1 | tb | Cinnamon |
1/4 | lb | Butter |
2/3 | c | Nuts, walnuts, chopped. |
1 | c | Flour, plain |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | Egg yolks | |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1/2 | c | Milk |
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks beaten with milk, then flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts, lastly the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake 40 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing and chopped walnuts.
