2 | tb | Butter |
4 | Bananas, peeled and sliced | |
3 | tb | Packed brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Dark rum |
2 | tb | Orange liqueur |
4 | Scoops Vanilla ice cream |
In a wok or heavy skillet over MODERATE heat, melt the butter. Add the bananas and the sugar and stir fry until the sugar melts, about one minute. Add the rum and orange liqueur and boil 30 seconds. Pour over ice cream scooped into individual serving dishes.
