Title: Strawberry Whip

3 | oz | Lemon Gelatine |
1 | c | Hot Water |
10 | oz | Frozen Strawberries |
1 | c | Whipping Cream |
dissolve gelatine in hot water in a blender. Beat for 15 seconds. Add partially thawed strawberries and neat 5 seconds. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Add 3/4 cup of the cream, unwhipped. Blend for 2 seconds. Pour into cups & top with remaining cream, whipped. Refrigerate until set.
