1 | Double pie shell | |
1 | lb | Strawberries frozen ( sweet) |
2 | c | Rhubarb cut into small chunk |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Tapioca |
place ingredients in sauce pan, cook over low heat until tapioca is transparent. spoon with a slotted spoon into pie shell. use left over sauce as syrup or whatever for pancakes. Place top crust on pie, cut slits into top crust, crimp edges.
425 for 40-50 minutes
