1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/3 | c | Melted butter or margarine |

2 | tb | Milk |
8 | oz | Tub |
3 1/2 | c | Cold milk |
2 | pk | (4 serving-size) Jello |
Instant pudding -- any | ||
Flavor | ||
Grated chocolate or chopped | ||
Nuts -- optional | ||
Cream cheese -- softened | ||
Cool whip -- thawed |
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablsespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Pour 3-1/2 cups cold milk into a bowl; add pudding and beat on low speed (or use a wire whisk) until blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired. Makes 15 servings.
