Title: Sugar Loaf Squash Pie

1 | Prepared 10" pie shell | |
. either pastry or graham | ||
2 | c | Squash puree |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Honey |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Ginger |
1/2 | ts | Cloves |
Put all ingredients into the blender or a food processor and blend until very smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake in a 350øF preheated oven for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand to rest for 30 minutes before serving. Advertising flyer
