Title: Super Quick Coconut Cream Pie

Yield: 6 Servings

1pkInstant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2cCold milk
8ozCoolwhip, thawed, divided
1 Graham cracker crust 8 or 9 inch size
3/4cFlaked coconut, toasted divided

Place pudding and milk in a mixing bowl and with electric mixer beat on low speed for two minutes. Fold in half of the coolwhip and 1/2 of the coconut. Pour into crust.

Spread with the remaining coolwhip and sprinkle with the remaining coconut.

Place in refrigerator - chill several hours.
