Title: Super Quick Coconut Cream Pie

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | pk | Instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 1/2 | c | Cold milk |
8 | oz | Coolwhip, thawed, divided |
1 | Graham cracker crust 8 or 9 inch size | |
3/4 | c | Flaked coconut, toasted divided |
Place pudding and milk in a mixing bowl and with electric mixer beat on low speed for two minutes. Fold in half of the coolwhip and 1/2 of the coconut. Pour into crust.
Spread with the remaining coolwhip and sprinkle with the remaining coconut.
Place in refrigerator - chill several hours.
