2		Sticks margarine
1	c	Brown sugar
1/2	c	White sugar
1		Egg
1	ts	Vanilla
2	c	Flour
1	ts	Salt
2	ts	Cinnamon
1/2	c	Chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and cinnamon. Thinly spread mixture into greased jelly roll pan. Pour unbeaten egg white over mixture and spread over all, tilting pan to cover evenly. Pour off excess. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 275 F. Cookies should be thin and crisp. Cut into squares while warm.
