Title: Toshiko's Brownies

3/4 | c | Sifted cake flour |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/3 | c | Butter |
2 | Squares unsweetened choc'lte | |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | Well beaten eggs | |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | Nuts, chopped coarse |
Confectioner sugar |
Sift flour and baking powder together. Melt butter and chocolate. Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix with chocolate/butter mixture, then add dry ingredients. Add nuts last. Bake in 8x8x2 pan lined with wax paper at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and roll in confectioners sugar. Catherine Choo
