2 | Eggs; beaten | |
1/4 | c | Vinegar |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Butter (or marg.) |
2 | c | Cherries, sweet; halved |
2 | c | Pineapple tidbits |
2 | c | Mandarin orange sections |
2 | c | Grapes, seedless; halved |
2 | c | Marshmallows, miniature |
1 | c | Cream, whipping; whipped |
Combine eggs, vinegar, and sugar in the top of a double boiler; cook over low heat, beating constantly, until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat, and add butter; cool.
Fold in fruit, marshmallows, and whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
