Title: Twentyfour Hour Salad > Southern Living

Yield: 12 Servings

2 Eggs; beaten
1/4cVinegar
1/4cSugar
2tbButter (or marg.)
2cCherries, sweet; halved
2cPineapple tidbits
2cMandarin orange sections
2cGrapes, seedless; halved
2cMarshmallows, miniature
1cCream, whipping; whipped

Combine eggs, vinegar, and sugar in the top of a double boiler; cook over low heat, beating constantly, until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat, and add butter; cool.

Fold in fruit, marshmallows, and whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
