Title: Vienna Sugar Cookie

Yield: 1 Servings

1 Package dry yeast
1/3cLukewarm water
1/2lbButter (2 sticks)
2cFlour
1cSugar

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Cream butter, adding flour gradually. Stir yeast into flour mixture, blend. Chill. Put 1 cup sugar on foil, pinch off pieces of dough, shape into balls. Press flat into sugar, flipping over. Bake in 375 degree oven 10-15 mins. on ungreased cookie sheet.
